Good for: closing any open milestone before Phase 2 — don’t carry debt into alternating bass.

• Rest or repeat your weakest day or finish the tempo climb to 80
• Day 20: Fretboard +5 min — B (day 1/3)
• Day 21: Fretboard +5 min — B (day 2/3)

Phase 1 exit checklist — tick these before opening Week 4:

• p-i-m-a clean at ~80 bpm (C – Am – Dm rotation)
• The Day 19 piece start to finish, no gap at any change
• Pinch is one sound, on the beat, on any chord
• Gate take: 1–2 min video recorded and reviewed — tension / thumb drift / buzz / evenness / gaps at seams
